Reece Tolworthy joined CEA in the position of Associate - Business Development in 2025.
Reece has successfully led cross-functional Sales and Marketing teams across five continents, delivering strategic growth and driving high-impact initiatives. Most recently, he spent time in Riyadh engaging with senior executives at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), their portfolio companies, and other influential stakeholders within the Kingdom
He currently serves as a Partner at The Royal Palm Group, working with Executive Management on investment projects and joint ventures in emerging sectors across the Middle East.
Reece is also the Founder and Managing Director of Apex Consult, a boutique advisory firm specializing in market entry and business development across emerging markets in the MENA and APAC regions. With over $20 million in direct sales and a track record of driving 400%+ year on year growth, Reece brings a dynamic, results-driven approach.
