Reece Tolworthy joined CEA International, LLP (CEAI) in the position of Associate - Business Development in 2025.
Reece has successfully led cross-functional Sales and Marketing teams across five continents, delivering strategic growth and driving high-impact initiatives. Most recently, he spent time in the Middle East engaging with senior management at leading financial institutions, portfolio companies, and other influential stakeholders within the region.
He currently serves as a Partner at The Royal Palm Group, working with executive management on projects and joint ventures in emerging sectors across the Middle East. Reece is also the Founder and Managing Director of Apex Consult, a boutique advisory firm specializing in market entry and business development across emerging markets in the MENA and APAC regions. With several million dollars in direct sales and an outstanding track record of year-on-year growth, Reece brings a dynamic, results-driven approach.
