February 25, 2009. Communications Equity Associates ("CEA") announced today that it advised Desup S.A. (the "Company"), a leading Argentine radio broadcaster, and its shareholders on the sale of the Company to local investors.

The Company holds licenses to operate radio stations Aspen (FM) and America (AM) in Buenos Aires City. With an audience share of approximately 4%, Aspen is a leading FM station focusing on Anglo music of the 60's, 70's and 80's. With an audience share of approximately 3%, America is a leading AM station focusing on business and political news. Prior to the closing of this transaction, the Company was operated by Corporación Interamericana de Entretenimiento S.A.B. de C.V. ("CIE"), a leading Mexican live entertainment company with operations throughout Latin America. CIE is a public company listed on the Mexico City Stock Exchange.

Waldo Glasman, Managing Director of CEA's Latin America Corporate Finance Advisory Group, advised the Company and its shareholders on the transaction. Mr. Glasman is based in CEA's New York office.
