Paul Miller, based out of the New York office, rejoined CEA in 2004. He had previously worked for CEA’s New York office from 1997 until early 2000. His focus continues to be on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings for both traditional and emerging media clients.
Paul rejoined CEA after stepping down as a Vice President of TUFF TV, a startup digital cable network targeting the 18-54 year old male demographic with outdoors and motorsports programming. Prior to joining TUFF TV, he had been a director and portfolio analyst at CIBC World Bank’s Caravelle Advisors fund management group. While at Caravelle, Paul specialized in evaluating investments in the media and wireless industries. He started his finance career in 1995 as an investment banker at Oppenheimer & Co. specializing in mergers, acquisitions and equity private placements.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University where he majored in both Finance and International Business.
