Fjorenca Bojaxhi joined CEA in May 2009 and is the Tax Associate and Financial Controller of CEA Capital Advisors, LLC, the development and administration arm of CEA Private Equity Partners.

Fjorenca’s activities include financial reporting and administrative responsibilities with respect to the management of CEA’s domestic and international private equity funds. These responsibilities include tax research and preparation, as well as financial statement preparation as it relates to the formation and ongoing activities of the private equity funds.

Fjorenca has primary responsibility for CEA’s direct investments and prepares all the financial and tax reports for CEA’s equity investment portfolio. These responsibilities include financial analysis and due diligence of CEA’s new equity investments, and ongoing monitoring of investment performance.

Prior to joining CEA, Fjorenca was a tax associate at Clifton Gunderson LLP, a nationwide Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and consulting firm. She is a CPA licensed in the state of Wisconsin and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2009. Fjorenca graduated summa cum laude from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting, Operations Management, and a specialization in Spanish.
