Director
Dustin Hebrank joined CEA in November 2006 and assists in all aspects of CEA’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining CEA, Dustin spent one year as the Chief Financial Officer for a casino in Florida helping to establish the company’s accounting and financial operations. Before joining the casino company, he spent two years with Atlantic American Capital Advisors as an Investment Banking Associate participating in numerous successful assignments in the food and concessions, post-secondary education, manufacturing, specialty finance, software, Internet telephony and business services industries.
Prior to joining Atlantic American, Dustin spent five years with Hilton Hotels in Operations Finance as a Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting Manager in various hotels throughout the United States. As one of the youngest finance directors in the history of the company, he gained extensive accounting and financial management experience including financial reporting, forecasting, valuation, capital budgeting, and project management.
Dustin earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida with highest honors and a Masters in Business Administration in corporate finance from the University of Tampa with academic distinction. Dustin is a registered representative of the NASD.
